Sweet, sweet baby!

Meet my brand-new niece! She is a welcome and precious addition to a grieving family. The road to heaven is a two-way street. Laugh a little, cry a little, take a few pictures. Thanks for letting me do this session, Char and Dave. Love you so much!

My objective is to shoot portraits you can "feel" not just see, and to capture the unique personality of each client in my work. With these goals in mind, I will also ask what you want out of a session with me. Will you be using some of the pictures as home decor or as announcements? Are you looking for a certain feel or color scheme? Would you like more traditional portraits, or a more active, playful approach? Would you prefer a canyon, farm, urban, garden, home or other setting? These are your portraits, after all. Let's take 'em how you like 'em! So, talk to me, then let's go have some fun!

Pricing

Quality portraits are truly priceless and become even more so over time. You won't regret making this investment in your family. Trust me!
Right now my fee is $150 for a 1-2 hour session, due the day of the shoot. This fee includes all post session editing and a copyright-released CD of your images. I also offer beautiful, high-quality canvas wraps. Email me for details!

Do I know you? Ask about my family and friends discount.

Swap? If you have goods or services you would like to trade for a session, email me. You never know...and it never hurts to ask!

Returning client? You'll get a 20% discount on your sitting fee. Sweet!

But, what do I wear?

Whatever makes you happy!

It all depends on how you want your pictures to feel. Casual? Formal? Playful? It's up to you. Bright colors and patterns can be fun, fresh and funky. Solids and muted tones have a more sophisticated, traditional feel. Layers are lovely. Accessories are awesome. Texture is terrific! And you can always have a wardrobe change during your photo shoot.

Props can add a wonderful element to your portraits. I will always bring a few things to play with, but if you have anything you would like to bring for the shoot, feel free! Some ideas might be sport equipment, musical instruments, favorite toys...anything that has meaning to your family or a family member. I can't wait to see what you come up with!
